Rugs from the Woven Treasures collection are made using an innovative process known as loom-knotting in India. This unique process integrates traditional hand looms with knotted processes to come up with a product that is as durable and visually appealing as a knotted rug, yet meets the price point of a tufted rug. The knots in the back of the rug resemble the tightness of a Tibetan 10/40 knotted rug.
