  Please Note: to return any products to Decora Rugs you must first read our return policy to review all requirments and then follow the link to view our Product Return Form.
Return Policy
 

At Decora Rugs, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. You can feel completely secure that your purchase is 100% guaranteed. We offer a 30 day return policy on all products we sell from receipt of your order. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of receipt of your order and we will refund the full purchase price. Note: It may take up to 30 business days for a credit to appear on your account, or 7 - 10 days from receipt of merchandise to receive a refund check.

Shipping costs on all returns going back to Decora Rugs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend that all packages be sent back using either UPS or FedEx ground or another common carrier that offers the ability to track and insure its packages for safety. Please contact us by phone or email with the tracking information so that we may track your package. We will issue a credit immediately upon the packages arrival and inspection. Please be sure to completely wrap your returns in the original packaging or an equivalent. Do not apply tape to the actual item(s) or fold area rug(s). Decora Rugs will not accept items that have been visibly damaged or soiled.

Clearance items, regretfully, are Non-Refundable unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item ordered.

Important: To return ordered merchandise you must first receive a return authorization number (RA), from Decora Rugs. Merchandise ordered and then refused upon delivery without a return authorization by Decora Rugs, will cause the customer to be soley responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Manufacturers may not accept refused packaging without a return authorizaton.

  2. Please be sure to package all items securely in the original packaging or an equivalent. Be sure to affix the Return Authorization (RA#) securely on the outside of the package in a clearly visible location.
  3. Please Note: Returned merchandise must be shipped to the manufacturers address which will be supplied by Decora Rugs once your (RA#) is issued unlesess otherwise stated.
  4. Use the carrier of your choice who will be able to insure your return package(s) to the delivery address supplied by Decora Rugs.

Important Reminder: Before returning any items to Decora Rugs, please call or email us for a return authorization number (RA#). All items returned without authorization will be refused. Please affix in a clear location the supplied return number (RA#) outside of the package. Items returned visibly damaged or soiled will be refused.
