How long will it take to receive my rug?

Unless stated otherwise on our web site, please expect delivery of your order(s) in approximately 7-10 business days. Braided rugs by Colonial Mills may require 2-4 weeks delivery time. If your rug is backordered, we will contact you by phone or email to give you a status of the expected delivery time frame. |

Are your rugs first quality or factory seconds?

All rugs from Decora rugs are of first quality. All rugs delivered are brand new and sealed in the manufacturers shipping materials. We do not sell factory seconds or previously used products. |

What do I do if my rug arrives damaged or incorrect?
|

When your delivery arrives, check all packing materials for damages or tears. If you find any damages you may refuse the delivery and contact us so we can immediately ship you a replacement
rug. If you receive your delivery and notice that the rug is incorrect or damaged, please contact us so we may arrange to have the damaged product picked up and replaced at no additional cost. |

How do I get a coupon code? |

Coupons are generally distributed by email if you are a previous customer or
have registered for our mailing list. Coupons are typically emailed for special
promotions that are not publicly announced such as private sales, holiday
discounts or special discounts for return customers. If you have any specific

Can I order a catalogue from you?

Decorarugs.com presently does not offer a catalogue aside from the thousands of rugs we display here on our website.

All items sold come with FREE shipping in the continental United States. This includes area rugs, rug padding, pillows. |

Sales tax only applies to Florida State residents. The Florida sale tax rate is 6.5%.
All orders placed outside of the state of Florida are not required to pay sales tax. |
