Area Rugs are processed within 24 to 72 hours of the time orders are placed. All rugs are shipped UPS or FedEx ground which then take an additional 1 to 2 weeks for transit depending on the availability of your order and the geographical location of your delivery address. Rug pads may either ship direct from our retail showroom or from the manufacturer and will arrive seperate from your area rug. When available we will suply tracking information for the delivery of rug pads.

Tracking Your Package

We typically recieve tracking information within 2 - 3 days of placing your order we will update your account to reference your orders tracking information. By logging into your account you may track the status of your order directly within our website giving you the most up to date and accurate information.
