Prairie rugs use a 100% cotton warp thread to ensure the longevity of their rugs. The warp thread represents the critical basis for their rugs construction. Prairie rugs also uses 30% more warp threads then typical rag rugs giving this collection of rugs an exceptionally tight weave.
